COLLECTION hours start at 7a and are between 7a - 4p on Monday - Thursday

OFFICE hours are open between 8a - 4p on Monday - Thursday

OFFICE hours are closed on Friday, Saturday, & Sunday

Winter Weather & Holiday Alert

Routes are on the normal schedule

Common winter reasons for not collecting...

1) Road conditions are unsafe for your and our team

2) Disposal facilities are closed or unable to transport waste

3) National holidays and we are closed... next up... Memorial Day

IF you are not collected by 4p...

1) Please text the office for clarification on next steps

2) IF conditions allow, we will collect you that same week

3) IF conditions do not allow, we will collect everything the following week

We will not jeopardize our teams safety (or your safety) to make the waste disappear.

Service Details

1) Please bag and tie shut all trash bags

2) Please keep bag weight under 30 lbs, they will rip

3) Please flatten and bundle cardboard together with tape

4) Please ONLY use 'green' and 'blue' bags for designated recycling

5) Please text 479-879-5997 when you need more 'green' or 'blue' bags for recycling
