COLLECTION hours are between 7:30a - 4p on Monday - Friday

OFFICE hours are between 8a - 4p on Monday - Thursday

IF there's an issue with a collection, please notify us via text and we will work with you to fix it. We want to work with you and will gladly develop a plan to help address the issue.

We collect trash and recycling each week.

Trash must be bagged or we will not collect it.

Bags are hand loaded by our team so we can sort trash and recycling. Please do not overfill the bags, they will rip, and we want to leave your property better than when we found it.

Customer(s) provide their own trash container (we have containers for purchase).

Trash collection "what if's"...

If collection is missed, please notify us via text and we will work with you to fix it the following collection.

If trash bags are not tied, waste will fall out of the bag and loose waste will be left.

If trash bags are too heavy (if it's heavy for you, it's heavy for us), trash bags will be left with a flier.

It's best to use 'standard size' kitchen bag's to keep per bag weight manageable to reduce bags tearing and causing a mess.

We provide 'Blue Recycling Bags' for recyclables.

Blue Bags are designated for RECYCLING ONLY.

Cardboard must be flattened and tied/ taped/ fastened together.

Aluminum, Steel, & Tin Cans must be rinsed out.

Plastic Bottles (#1 & #2) must be rinsed out.

All recyclable items can go into a bag (co-mingled).

Cardboard must be in the following bundle types: (1) flattened and taped/ fastened together, and (2) flattened, stuffed into another box, and taped/ fastened closed.
